In Production: "Rebel West".  This independent documentary takes you inside LA's "rockabilly" music subculture, from pioneers like Glen Glenn to the revival of "rockabilly" and the standup bass started by maverick Rockin' Ronny Weiser, founder of Rolling Rock Records, to the upsurge in interest in early 50s rockabilly and rock and roll now lead by LA's Latino youth.  (Editors and investors email me!)

"The Great Adventure", "The Best of California" for Castle Creek Productions:
"The Great Adventure" is a travel show produced by John Dietch's Castle Creek Productions for the Fine Living Network.  Working on 2 seasons of this show, I transcribed all field tapes and wrote 5 episodes of the show.  I also transcribed for Castle Creek's "The Best of California", a travel show broadcast all across the state of California.  Check out the shows by clicking on their logos to the right.  Or check out Castle Creek Productions.

"Extreme Chick Fights":  Transcribed the majority of field tapes for this gutsy independent project produced by maverick producer Marie Hedgewood of Demolition Pictures.  "Extreme Chick Fights: is available only as a an internet and direct response sale DVD.  Check out the chicks and the action.

"The Lucille Ball Fan Project":
This
TV Documentary (in progress) is a loving tribute to Lucille Ball fans around the world. On this project I primarily coordinated interviews with over 50 subjects, requiring me to contact over 100 subjects, including a long list of celebrities.  The project involved travel to Lucille Ball's hometown of Jamestown, New York, to assist in the shoot of the Lucille Ball Birthday Party held at the Lucy-Desi Museum.  Shot on Beta for GAB Entertainment, Venice, California.

TV Documentary: "The Messenger": 1 Hour HBO "Making Of" Special (2000).  This project was a rather unusual endeavor produced by Columbia TriStar's publicity department to provide HBO with a 1 hour "making of" special on Luc Besson's "The Messenger".  As Luc was not too keen on giving behind the scenes footage to Sony, my research into verified artifacts on Joan of Arc resulted in a one month trek in in France to capture the journey of Joan's short life through rarely seen artifacts and locations.  Working with a French film crew, we filmed period artifacts and existing locations where the Maid lived.  We were even the first people to film the only verified signature of "Jeanne" held in public trust in Reins.  My responsibility included identifying and locating verified artifacts and locales and securing key on-camera interviews with experts (my high school French got me through quite a bit!).  What a journey!  And the food wasn't bad, either.

Other Projects Include:  Co-producing low-budget DVD extras for Asylum Entertainment (with Davidian Video), work as an AD, production asstant and extra wrangling on several indie projects including "Slums of Beverly Hills" (Fox Searchlight), "Sightings" (Paramount / Sci-Fi Channel), "Maloney" (CBS), "Merchants of Venus" (indie) and various spec TV pilots.
